Do I need to use any special software or apps?
Nope. Just send us your guest list however’s easiest (spreadsheet, PDF, etc.). We’ll handle the setup and give you a clean, private link to a dashboard in a Google Sheet to help you manage everything.
How does the AI guest concierge work?
You simply provide us with a list of questions your guests may ask, and we will also obtain a list of FAQs from your venue/wedding planner.
Your guests can text questions (like “What time is the ceremony?” or “Where do I park?”), and our system answers them automatically, using advanced AI chat technology from Open AI.
If the system can’t answer any specific questions, we figure out who is best to contact and route the question to the relevant person - either to you, the venue manager, catering company, or wedding planner - depending on the question.
